Application for Issuance of Certificate of Foreign Registration Number for Real Estate Registration
「부동산등기법」 제49조 및 「법인 아닌 사단ㆍ재단 및 외국인의 부동산등기용 등록번호 부여절차에 관한 규정」 제15조에 따라 부동산등기용 등록번호 등록증명서의 발급을 신청합니다.
I kindly apply to issue a certificate of foreign registration number for real estate registration in accordance with Article 49 of 「Registration of Real Estate Act」and Article 15 of 「Regulations on Procedures for Assigning Registration Numbers for Registration of Real Estates Of Unincorporated Associations or Foundations and of Foreigners」.
다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 서류(Any of the Following Documents)
1. 유효한 여권(Valid Passport)
2. 공증담당 영사로부터 확인을 받은 여권사본(Copy of the Passport verified by a consul)
3. 공증담당 영사로부터 확인을 받은 여권사본증명서(Certificate of Passport Copy verified by a consul)
4. 아포스티유를 붙인 여권사본증명서(Certificate of Passport Copy which an apostille is attached to)
5. 공증담당 영사로부터 확인을 받은 여권발급기록증명서(Passport Records verified by a consul)
6. 아포스티유를 붙인 여권발급기록증명서(Passport Records which an apostille is attached to)
수수료(Fee): 1,000원(Won)
